The 12-week program advises proper nutrition, healthy food choices, and encourages exercise. Twenty-four to forty-eight hours prior to the first class, you will need to come in to register and complete the weigh-in process. Registration will only take a few minutes, and we will go over what to expect the first day of class.
Each week you’ll be required to complete any materials from the previous week. To keep you on track, your Personal Wellness Coach will be available to go over various aspects of your plan, including meal planning, drinks, snacks, and exercise, as well as protein, calorie and water intake.
